Can someone make me a myspace code for.....?

I want to have a drop down menu on my myspace for:

- send a message

- forward to friend

- add to friend

- add to favorites

- block user

- add to group

- rank user

- instand message

if you can't get some of those, it's okay. some of the less important ones i don't need to have.
