Rather then asking other for HTML codes you should spend the couple hours and learn to code for yourself. Learning HTML or XHTML only takes a couple hours to do. It can easily be done in a weekend if you spend the time to practice and do it.

As far as JavaScript goes what type of things are you looking to do with JavaScript. If you know what you want to do with JavaScript you can search it out on google or in many of the online web sites devoted to archiving snippets of JavaScript code.
