Myspace Banner Code Problems?

I am trying to add this code into my myspace:

But it's not working... For some reason my page is not allowing me to use various different codes, because this is not the first one I had a problem with... I am using a premade layout... I think something in the layout is doing it... What can I do??? What should I look for to take out of the premade layout to stop it from preventing other codes??

since i dont have your page code, all i can tell you is..instead of just %26lt;style%26gt; on the top of you code try %26lt;style type="text/css"%26gt; thats all i can tell you, everything else in that code is correct..and umm also..if your using mozill or internet explorer it might look different on different browsers
