well you could do what i did for my jimi hendrix profile awhile back. find a layout that you like for anything, could be sports, music, whatever, then go into the code and find where the image source is and replace it with the image source for dashboard image source. make sure it's a picture you like, you could try uploading it to photobucket and then using that url for an image source. the great thing about this is that it is such an inexact science you can mess with certain things and your layout won't change. if the pic you choose doesn't work with the text color, you can change that too. it's not that hard really.
